What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), order and ticket records, saved events, and basic usage data such as event views. Organizers additionally provide organization details.
Why we collect it
To create and deliver your tickets, show organizers their attendee lists, process orders, prevent fraudulent check-ins, and improve what we recommend to you.
Who can see it
Organizers see the attendee name, email and ticket status for their own events. Other buyers never see your details. Administrators can view marketplace records for moderation and support.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so each account can only read its own records. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and never stored by us in plain text.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
