1. The marketplace
EventPass is a marketplace that connects event organizers with attendees. Organizers are responsible for their events, including delivery, content, safety and compliance with local law. EventPass facilitates listing, checkout and ticket delivery.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Organizer accounts require a valid contact email and organization name.
3. Tickets and orders
A ticket is a limited licence to attend the event named on it. Each QR code may be scanned once. Reselling tickets above face value on other platforms may result in the ticket being cancelled.
4. Fees
Buyers may pay a service fee and processing fee shown itemised at checkout. Organizers pay a commission on paid tickets, displayed on the pricing page and applied per order.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refund terms are set by each organizer and shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, they are responsible for refunding buyers.
6. Prohibited use
Do not list illegal events, misrepresent an event, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to bypass ticket limits, inventory controls or check-in validation.
7. Liability
EventPass is not the organizer of listed events and is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
