Organizer terms come first

Each organizer sets the refund window for their event, and it is shown on the event page before you buy. Always check it at checkout.

If an organizer cancels, buyers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Service and processing fees may be non-refundable where stated.

Tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced.

Once a ticket has been scanned at the door it is considered used and is no longer refundable.

Open your order from your dashboard and contact support with the order number. We route the request to the organizer and follow up.
